Natalie Chan (HKU Bachelor of Social Science, 1987) worked in the finance industry for 20 years. After obtaining an MBA from INSEAD in France in 1993, she worked at Goldman Sachs in London for the equities division serving institutional clients. In 1997, she moved back to Hong Kong with Goldman, became an Executive Director and took up a management position in 2000. She then moved to the Private Wealth Division to serve ultra high net worth clients in 2002. Her team managed a portfolio of USD2 billion in assets before her departure in 2008. She subsequently obtained a Doctor of Ministry degree at Bakke Graduate University in Seattle and a Master in Counseling degree at Monash University in Australia. She was an Honorary Career Advisor with CEDARS from 2010 to 2012. Natalie is now the Director at Ray Bakke Centre for Urban Transformation. Her mission is city transformation and believe one major pathway is to help people fully integrate their faith and work.
