Following the reconciliation model introduced in the public lecture Justice vs. Reconciliation, participants in this conversation hour will have a safe and accepting environment to:
- Share their own struggles
- Practice listening
- Seek understanding of another person s views
The conversation hour will be facilitated by Dr C. Harry Hui, who is a social-organizational psychologist who helps organizations in team-building and conflict prevention. After receiving his doctorate from the University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign, he taught at this university until his retirement in mid-2016. He is coauthor of a book entitled Church conflicts: Socio-psychological and pastoral perspectives 《相愛又相爭：教會衝突的反思》(2012).

交談會將由工業組織心理學家許志超博士主持，他幫助企業及其他機構建立團隊及預防衝突。自取得美國伊利諾伊大學博士學位，他一直於香港大學任教至2016年退休。他是«相愛又相爭:教會衝突的反思》(2012)的合著者。
